This week I'm going to take a look at cluster of figures with the same movement type. That's right my friends, right here, a TCGplayer exclusive article that looks entirely at the DOLPHIN speed symbol!
Basically, instead of playing with a figure in one square, you now have the advantages and disadvantages of playing with a character that can attack and be attack from two squares.
Let's jump into it then, shall we? Four more villains to review this week, and we'll touch on Unus the Untouchable, the Super Adaptoid, the Living Monolith and of course, Apocalypse.
Mutations and Monsters has me really excited and I've found the figures both high in variety and fun factor. This set is also high in villain content, which as many of you know pleases me to no end.
This week I've decided to go over some of the mods I've made since my last such article last year. I try to paint my mods so that they will fit in with the rest of my figures.
For some reason the fall has a magic about it that I theorize must be behind the superior sets that are released. It should come as no surprise to anyone how excited I was for Mutations and Monsters.
For those of you who are interested in reading some thoughts on the second half of the Legion of Superheroes team, we're tackling that topic this very day!
Today we're looking at the Legion of Superheroes Starter set for DC Heroclix. These cosmic heroes all have one thing in common: a great potential for “cheese” tactics.
This week I'm going to veer away from another batch of reviews in favour of a soapbox. This soapbox is more about my love of the hobby. Is it possible that some of us get a little fanatical about it?
Did anyone else hear complaints about how many remakes were in Avengers? In Origin? Supernova? I don't know about the exact statistics but Justice League certainly feels as though it takes the cake as far as remakes are concerned.

Welcome back to Jank Corner. This week begins our first wave of the Jank contest; a jank-off, if you will. The submissions were a little slow at first, but then they started flooding in.
The first surprise was that it will be an Open event: no PC points required, no minimum number of ratings points. I know some people are unhappy about this, but I think it was absolutely the right thing to do, for a variety of reasons.
It's a time of great anticipation in the Dreamscape, what with the new set soon to be released and the upcoming sealed tournaments. I want to look at the evolution and progress of competitive Dreamblade up until this point...
Hello all! I have three new Chrysotic Plague pieces to whet your appetite. This first one has been talked about and anticipated a lot by forum members on the various websites- the location that moves!
If you haven't read the first part of this article yet, which discusses Valor and Passion from Baxar's War, you can find it here. Fear and Madness will be evaluated in the context of Constructed Tournament play. Fear is very tricky. I'm pretty certain of my evaluations of the other three aspects, but a lot of the fear pieces really need to be tested and so I might be wrong about some of my initial thoughts. For one thing, a lot of the fear pieces' effectiveness depends on how effective other fear pieces are, and so a weak link in one piece of a puzzle could lead to several pieces essentially losing a home in tournament play...
